For over 75 years, our multidisciplinary team has specialized in creating warm, engaging environments where residents receive personalized support. Borg Pioneer Memorial Home is a 39-bed Basic Care facility licensed by the State of North Dakota. We provide room & board, general supervision, medication administration, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, social activities, and a full range of health-related and supportive services designed to promote comfort, dignity, and independence.
In addition to traditional basic care, Borg is also licensed to provide respite care and adult daycare — offering caregivers a much-needed break while their loved ones enjoy a safe and welcoming environment for a few hours or days. Hospice services are also available, reflecting Borg’s ongoing commitment to meeting the diverse and changing needs of residents and their families with compassion and faith-based care.
Borg Pioneer Memorial Home provides a warm, secure, and supportive place to call home. Each private room is furnished and includes an emergency call system, DirectTV, and Wi-Fi. The building is fully accessible and equipped with a Wanderguard system and security cameras for safety. Licensed nurses and trained aides provide 24/7 care, assisting with daily needs, medications, and personalized care plans — ensuring every resident receives compassionate, attentive support.
